Today we are going to talk about increasing the prices of services: most specifically, recurring services like mowing, fertilization & weed control, and other offerings that – if you’re like us – renew for a client year after year, since new quotes and one-time projects are easier to just incorporate a new rate.

From an administrative standpoint, we should acknowledge that it is challenging to increase your pricing across the board – especially if you’re like us and you serve hundreds of clients.

You’d need a CRM that makes it as easy as possible to increase prices in 2022.

You need to know how much to increase prices in 2022.

Then you need to figure out how to tell everyone you are increasing prices – which is something that holds a lot of people back.

But FIRST: we will tell you what happens if you do NOT increase your pricing in 2022.

(You’re taking a pay cut.)
