I recently released a video on how to get from $0 to $50,000 per month in your lawn care and landscaping business, and the first step was MARKETING.

Unfortunately, a lot of smaller businesses are owner-operated – meaning there is no savvy marketing team behind the doors, continuously pumping out high quality content that converts.

But even if you aren’t a marketing wizard, you can’t ignore it completely – or trust me, your business WILL suffer and your growth will be stunted.

Need some help marketing your lawn care and landscaping business?

This is what we focus on the most at Scooter’s Lawn Care, Inc.

First, we love Facebook.

This has been huge for us when building our brand.

Because we are extremely active on Facebook, people feel like they know us before they ever even call us.

They know what our team is working on, and they can see our growth in real-time.

They have no question if we are open or still in business – because we posted an hour ago.

In addition to organic Facebook practices, we heavily advertise on Facebook with targeted marketing.

Next, we focus on Google Adwords (thanks to #3 – so keep reading).

With Google Adwords, we are able to buy keywords and become the first link they see when they search something on Google.

You truly cannot beat that.

But Google Adwords won’t do anything if you don’t have #3… a great website.

In addition to paying to be seen, our websites rank on the first page Google for their selected keywords.

When it comes to Google, we are literally everywhere (thanks to our strong website).

Last but certainly not least, we take a step back from the digital platforms and push door hangers hard.

But not just any door hangers.

We have professionally crafted, appropriately branded door hangers (or 6×11 postcards with a hole drilled in the corner, depending on who you you ask).

These door hangers are filled with incredible copy, our names and faces, real reviews, and easy ways to act.

There are NO typos or grammatical errors, and every space is accounted for with intention.

What’s your favorite way to market, and how will you improve your marketing in 2022?
